We do not collect payment or bidding data, as this site does not process online bids or transactions.
2. How we use it
Account and newsletter data is used to send the catalogue and private-sale updates you have opted into, and nothing else. Enquiry details are used solely to route your enquiry to the relevant specialist department and to respond to you.
3. No sale of data
Aurum & Co. does not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties. Data is not shared outside the house except where needed to respond to your enquiry or as required by law.
4. Retention
Account and newsletter data is retained for as long as your account remains open. Enquiry details are retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and for our internal records thereafter.
5. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or erase your personal data, or to unsubscribe from newsletters, at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at enquiries@example.com.
