Inside the summer sale: the ten results that defined the season
2 July 2026
Our June sale of Important Gems & Jewels closed at more than €650,000 with a 92% sell-through rate. Behind the headline, ten results tell the story.
The 5.02-carat Burmese ruby led the sale at €187,200 against a low estimate of €60,000 — a reminder that top-colour Burmese stones remain the most competitive corner of the coloured-stone market. The Cartier Panthère brooch followed at €91,000.
At the other end of the scale, a Belle Époque pendant found a buyer at €16,900, proof that romance and wearability still matter as much as carat weight.
